You shallnot access or attempt to access an Account that you are not authorised toaccess. Violations of system or network security may result in severe civil orcriminal liability. 

Termination
We reserve theright to close any account that we feel is not acting in the best interest ofthe greater community with no prior notice. If you have questions or concernsabout our Terms and Conditions please contact us at the contact informationprovided in the footer below. 

Payment Policy:
PAYMENTMhAway will takethe full pre-payment any time after reservation is made to the credit card usedto guarantee this reservation. MhAway has the right to process apre-authorisation at the time of booking. The credit card supplied must be inthe name of the guest/reservation and must be presented on arrival. Theregistered guest must provide a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. Ifthe registered guest does not have a credit card, we require photo ID, fullpayment and a cash bond of $400 on arrival. All guests under the age of 18 mustbe accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. Theproperty has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardianover 18 cannot produce current photo ID.MhAway requiresFULL ROOM PREPAYMENT for all: PromotionalRates at time of making the reservation.

CancellationPolicy:
Standardcancellation notice of 14 days prior to arrival is required, in order to avoida no show charge of 100% stay + taxes. (Excluding Special Eventperiod/Promotional Rates)

*Duringspecified peak periods; full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival.Specified peak periods include (but are not limited to): 
o AustralianTennis Open period 
o Formula 1Grand Prix period 
o AFL GrandFinal weekend 
o Spring RacingCarnival period 
o New Years Eve

There will be asurcharge on all credit cards. Please see below:

Mastercard:1.0% 
AmericanExpress: 1.0%  

NO PARTY POLICY
MhAway has astrict NO PARTY POLICY The number ofguests gathered in the apartment overnight (i.e. after 9pm) must not exceed thesleeping capacity of the apartment. Any persons exceeding this number will beconsidered trespassers. 
Noise must bekept to a minimum level at all times. If any noise complaints are received fromthe neighbouring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded. Your security deposit may notbe refunded. 

LOSS AND DAMAGE
The registeredguest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to propertycaused during his/her stay. 

BOND CONDITION
If you arerequired to pay a bond, refund of the security bond is subject to inspection ofthe apartment upon departure and the return of all keys. 
The guest willautomatically forfeit the bond if: 
o Any item isstolen or removed from the premises 
o There is anydamage caused to MhAway property, by the guest or anyone invited onto theproperty by the guest.
This includes all items and structures inside theapartment and all external and communal areas on MhAway property. 
o The guestbreaches the above 'No Parties' policy and refuses to leave the premises 

PARKING
Parking is made available for an additional cost and at the owners own risk.  No responsibility is taken for any loss ordamage incurred for vehicles.
