THE LOCATION:
The beauty of its location provides the opportunity for total tourism; with the Tuscan Rivera an hour by car & the ski slopes of Abetone are 35 minutes away. Ideal for walkers and those looking for mountain adventure, you can walk from 100 metres above sea level to nearly 1,300 metres above sea. Mountain biking, road cycling and moto cross, are all popular sports in the area as well. La Lima river also provides a great back drop for white water rafting and fishing.For those needing to stay connected, Casa Binaca has excellent, FREE Wi-Fi, Netflix for a movie in, a large pool with breathtaking view down the valley.
For total comfort & relaxation enjoy the multiple entertaining areas, covered BBQ area, outdoor dining area, pool side or balcony. There are two 2 large bedrooms with kings beds or 2 x king singles and a studio with a large double, with two bathrooms.Our location has the best of both worlds. Being in a small, quite hamlet and at the same time, reachable from Pisa Airport or Florence Airport in 90 minutes. With three outdoor living areas, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your time in the Tuscan sun. Sip wine on the spacious terrace featuring terra cotta tiles; dine al fresco at the 12-person table; tell stories by the fire pit; sizzle a few meals in the BBQ area overlooking the pool; relax with a book on the upper balcony off the kitchen; or watch the goings-on in town from the smaller, more intimate balcony—all the while taking in the surrounding mountain views. Ideal for mid-size groups, the property includes two separate living spaces—a main house and a studio apartment for two.
The studio features a queen bed, full en-suite bath, 50” LED TV, and convenient kitchenette. In the main house, the primary living space is awash in natural light. We’ve carefully chosen décor—including works by local artists and hand-carved furniture—that will make your getaway feel like you’ve stepped into a Tuscan dream. A sleek leather sofa complements an antique bench and set of drawers. For entertainment, there is a 50” LED TV.
Enjoy meals in the eat-in kitchen with original stone fireplace. The room is a delightful mix of old-world charm and modern amenities, such as all-new appliances that include a dishwasher and espresso machine. Each of the two bedroom suites in the main house are furnished with king beds, two rattan chairs, and enchanting marble-topped antique tables. A full bath serves the house, and is configured with a tiled walk-in shower with state-of-the-art double showerhead. Amenities include a washer, WiFi, and Netflix.

This 3BR Crasciana Villa is 23 minutes away from Bagni di Lucca’s cafes, shops, parks, and thermal baths; and less than 2 hours from the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. During your stay, be sure to spend time roaming the streets of the surrounding medieval village of Crasciana. In nearby Bagni di Lucca, a quintessential Tuscan trattorie offers culinary adventures and the authentic flavors of Italy—fresh basil, porcini mushrooms, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
